After an extensive one-year planning and facilitation process, we are very pleased to share with your our next five-year strategic plan, which is co-developed with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders. At the heart of this plan is a commitment to strengthening the museum’s relationship with the community and making its services more accessible and appealing to a diverse group of audiences. We strive to transform the museum into a cultural and educational hub that engages the community with the cultural and military history of Kingston.
